If we are unable to get back to you in a timely manner, or you feel you having an ocular emergency that requires immediate or surgical attention; then it is best to seek your nearest local hospital emergency department. Surrounding hospitals best to deal with major eye emergencies include: Sunnybrook Hospital, Southlake Hospital, and North York General Hospital. Mackenzie Health and Stouffville Hospital can also care for certain eye emergencies. Please understand wait times will be long. Please check respective hospital for live wait-times.
